By using the apps listed below (collectively, “the Apps”), you agree to these Terms:

  1. Use of the Apps
    1. The Apps are provided as-is, without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damages, including data loss or financial loss.
    2. You may use the Apps for personal purposes only and must comply with applicable laws.
  2. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
    1. Some Apps may store information on your device or in iCloud via Apple’s CloudKit. Other Apps do not store or collect any data.
    2. Some Apps may use third-party frameworks that collect anonymized diagnostics or analytics. For details, review the framework’s privacy policy.
    3. Deleting an App may permanently remove any data stored by that App.
  3. Ownership
    1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps, including all software, code, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by the developer, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developer.
    2. You retain all rights to any content you create, submit, or store within the Apps (“User Content”). The developer does not claim ownership of your User Content.
    3. By using the Apps, you grant the developer a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Apps.
    4. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Apps.
    5. Any content fetched or displayed by the Apps from public RSS feeds belongs to the respective source and is not owned by the developer.
    6. Some content displayed in the Apps may come from external sources under appropriate licenses. The developer does not claim ownership of such content beyond the rights granted by those licenses.
  4. Changes
    1. We may update or discontinue any App at any time. Using an App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
